Citrus peel for elbows, knees, and feet:

Lemon or grapefruit
Salt
Slice lemon or grapefruit in half. Pour salt on each half and twist onto elbows, knees, and feet with a twisting, scrubbing motion. This will help to soften and whiten your skin.

Try this make at-home recipe, taken from the book "Becoming Beauty" by Dimitri James.
Nail and cuticle softener:
3 tablespoons almond oil
3 tablespoons raw linseed oil
1 teaspoon anhydrous lanolin
3 tablespoons honey
