5 Tips for Walking in Heels With Confidence


Wear your heels around the house before the big night.

Walk slowly, and keep an eye on the floor for spilled drinks, steps, and other hazards.

Hang on to your date or a railing if you have to navigate stairs.

Sit when you can.

For extra height but less stress on your joints, look for a platform or wedge heel.
